Insurance and Delivery
happy lab insures your purchase during the period in which it is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. as such, we require a signature for any goods delivered, from which point you are responsible for purchased goods. in the case where the recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, (such as a gift), then you accept that the evidence by way of signature at the delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by happy lab, and transfer the responsibility in the same way.

we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from the time you place your order.estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. happy lab is not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure, nor any issues experienced by third party transit suppliers. we will, however, care enough to aide you with any information we have available to us regarding any such delays.
